Peace, peace, peace, SR Tribe! Welcome back to another fresh serving of, The Sophisticatedly Ratchet Podcast, giving the real in a world of fake!
In today’s episode Shake “The Wanderer” leads the team in moderation and we discuss contracts. A contract is a legally binding document between at least two parties that defines and governs the rights and duties of the parties to an agreement. In the most basic sense, contracts exist when one party makes an offer and the other party accepts it. The use of contracts is common for all major agreements because it is intended to be enforceable by law.
That is the dictionary meaning, however, the contracts we are referring to today are the agreements/contracts we make in personal relationships, close family, our careers, and even ourselves. These are contractual agreements that we make with the people in our lives and although they are not legally binding, in order to maintain these relationships, we have to make basic agreements. Pull up, tune in and join us as we discuss “SR Contract Guidelines: Read the fine print and Renegotiate!!!”
