No Bad Days- Chakra Alignment: The sacral chakra is the second of the seven chakras. It is located 2 inches below your belly button. This chakra is said to be blocked by fear, especially the fear of death. Opening this chakra can boost creativity, manifested desire, and confidence.
Affirmations to chant- “I honor my desires” and “I allow my creativity, sexuality & pleasure to flow freely.”
