Salutation, SR Tribe! Welcome, and thank you for coming back for another hearty serving of The Sophisticatedly Ratchet Podcast, giving the real in a world of fake.

Within the past several years, the idea that a person can be “canceled” aka, culturally blocked from having a prominent public platform or career — has evolved. The idea of canceling someone coincides with a familiar pattern: A celebrity or other public figure does or says something offensive. A public backlash, often fueled by social media, then comes the calls to cancel the person or basically to end their career. The power of social media has fueled the growth of a Cancel Culture, and now if it pleases the Tribe, we present to you "Cancel Culture Court!"

In short, Cancel Culture Court is a For Us By Us (FUBU) court system, which interprets, defends, and applies the law in the name of BLACK CULTURE! Cancel Culture Court reviews defendants (i.e. Will Smith, Kanye West, Ne-Yo, Kyrie Irving, Alphonso Rivera, Tiffany Hadish/Aries Spears) who have been canceled by the black community, reviews offense & charges, and discuss potential appeals if deemed appropriate.

The Cancel Culture Court generally does not create the laws, or enforce the laws. However, we did create Cancel Culture Commandments:

• Thou shall have remorse.
• Thou shall not take sides against the culture
• Thou shall not generalize our struggle or race
• Thou shall protect women and children
• Thou shall not cancel until all facts are presented
• Thou shall not cancel immediately
• Thou shall not cancel once canceled

The Cancel Culture Court decides what really happened and what should be done about it, whether a person committed a cancellable offense and what the punishment should be. The court also provides a peaceful way to decide private disputes that cannot be resolved. Depending on the dispute, some cases end up in the federal courts, and some end up in state courts, but the only court that matters right now is Cancel Culture Court! Pull up and tune in, Court is in session!

No Bad Days - TJ Chakra Alignment: Sacral chakra- governs how you experience sexuality, creative expression, and emotions. When unbalanced, it may show up as rigidity in the body. You may also experience emotions of anger and fear... How to balance the sacral chakra? Physically, you can get into the goddess yoga pose and perform pelvic rocks and/or hip circles. Dancing is also effective in balancing up the Second Chakra. Those HIPS Don’t lie!

Chakra Alignment 

The color associated with the third of the seven chakras, the Manipura Chakra, is yellow. This color symbolizes energy, intellect, and also the connection a person has with the Fire and Sun. The color yellow also represents youth, new beginnings, birth, and re-birth. Yellow connects us with knowledge and intellect. When it's blocked: You can suffer from low self-esteem, have difficulty making decisions, and may have anger or control issues.
