Myths and Stigma around Mental Health

Welcome back to another episode of Sophisticatedly Ratchet, and today we are talking about Trauma! This week the team discusses their opinions on mental health, trauma and unpack how trauma can have long lasting effects on all of us. Trauma affects us differently but is defined as an emotional response to a terrible event (accident, rape or natural disaster) immediately after the event, shock and denial are typical.
